The Pygmalion effect and its importance in companies

The Pygmalion effect acts and resides in an area of ??human consciousness that is prone to be easily moldable, that is, self-confidence, which upon feeling stimulated, will generate self motivation.

In the business world, specifically Human Resources, it is a strategy through which a leader, manager or manager knows how to recognize the capabilities and achievements of his team. This will have a positive effect on the workers, since they will feel positively and 100 percent linked to the company, delivering their best.

The Pygmalion effect is based on the expectations that others have about one, and when these are favorable, they can give us the strength and motivation necessary to achieve the most difficult objectives.
